Well…you know I’ve been stuck in the comcast jungle for the past day and a half and the reason for it is the stupidest damn thing I’ve ever heard…after having the technician here for 3 hours or so…oh, and he was a good one that worked his butt off to get everything done…none of it that was the problem but he needed to update the exterior splitters and grounds along with shortening the cable from the pole so it doesn’t sag anymore…the problem was that my modem had to be assigned to this house and changed from the Valley house…but they wouldn’t do it because…wait for it….they owed me money….I had a balance of $24.68 that they owed me and were treating it as money I owed them so there policy is that you can’t transfer a modem from one account to another if there is an outstanding balance…I guess none of the morons who I talked to could see the minus sign in front of the numbers…I could…but none of the damn 4 people I talked to today could….and, without the tech, there was no way I could of gotten through to them and got the modem changed. The tech said he had never seen that before and he had been working for comcast since 1997…and he is going to make a report up to the bigwigs describing what I went through and he thinks I may get a free month out of it…that would be cool but I just want my money back and to never have to talk to them again…geez…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
