Well…my routine is all screwed up this morning and I’m not sure how that happened…haven’t even read the news yet and that is normally the first thing I do when I get out of bed….hmmm…slept okay last night and forced myself to stay in bed until 6:30 or so even after waking up at 5:30…I really thought my elbow was getting better last night and the swelling has gone down some but it still hurts to pick up my coffee cup and that sucks…maybe it will get better later? I need to get started on more work around here and it won’t happen until I can use my right arm….I normally take sundays off so maybe I’ll make this a rest day and see if I can help the elbow….I did get two rides in yesterday but it was darn hot and humid out here and I hope it’s going to break soon…I’m already sweating just sitting here so I will be soaked on the bike as soon as I get on it…it should be a good ride since there isn’t much wind out there yet…still trying to figure out why I’m burning through the 50 sunscreen on my face…it appears to be working everywhere else so that is a little strange…I may go back to the lotion this morning and see if it is windburn and not sunburn….we’ll see…not much to do today…need to feed and water the garden after I get back from the ride and I think I’m going to start trying to work on small bare patches in the yard and get some grass seed in and the put the sprinkler out to keep it wet….or not…I may just do one ride today and then just take it easy and watch races…yeah, that’s not going to work…have too much work to do….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
