Well…yeah, I did decide to go out for a third ride and the wind had changed from the NE to the NW and that made for a good ride coming back when I was flying around 20mph on the flat…and my legs didn’t feel it at all and still feel good right now so maybe that will be the new normal for miles every day…okay, nope…two is normally enough but I think I will try to do a 60 here in a bit since today went so well…not even tired at all and that feels good…I did notice that I got sunburned even with 50 sunscreen on but I guess with being out in the sun for almost 4 hours could be the culprit and there may even be some windburn there, too, with doing so many miles…so, does that give me a day off tomorrow? Ha, ha, no….will get out for at least one after the Everton match…I may have to change the soccer team that I root for after Man U sucked like a grade school team today….at least the season is over and I won’t have to watch them anymore…cripes…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
