Well…not sure how I feel about sleeping last night but I was up at 3am for the first time and then out of bed for good before 6….I wonder why I’ve been tossing and turning so much lately? Probably the allergies that have been so crappy lately….the cars that sit outside out here are yellow with pollen and even in the garage, mine has a thin coating all over it….and nothing that I take really gives me much relief…but at least I can breath a bit and will be getting back on the bike today in abut an hour or so…need to get everything done by 2:45 when Everton plays so it is going to be a really busy day if I’m going to get everything done….and three rides to make up for the day off the bike yesterday and the day off for tomorrow with the storms and rain that are coming in…it looks like there is going to be a window of about 3 hours tomorrow afternoon that it will be dry so I may be able to get one ride in anyway….and I’m going to try to not feel guilty about not riding much the next couple of days when I really do need some time off for my legs to heal up some…I do need to get some grass seed in out front today, too, along with planting some perennial seeds to try to put a little bit of color there, too….lots to do today….as I said, I need to get going here in and hour or so and that will put me on the bike by 7:30…and I do have to remember to eat today to support 45 miles on the bike…need more coffee….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
