Well…darn…just can’t get going this morning…got up at 6:37 and it’s already after 7 and I’m just getting to this….need to get moving but just poured my first cup of coffee so it’s not working yet….slept okay but don’t really feel like it but I feel that way all the time so I’m not surprised….I did get downtown last night to watch a band concert for a while and it was fun and perfect weather for it…but the damn motorcycle event started and all you could hear were people racing all over the place and the loud rock and country bands playing on the street…going to be a long 4 days….I did get out to the beach yesterday and got some sun and I’m doing that again today since it is supposed to rain tomorrow…yep, I’m surprised at that, too…and maybe even some storms Sunday…just realized I may have gone overboard with the protein with the grocery run yesterday when I opened the fridge door…bought 10 pounds of chicken, 4 pounds of smoked kielbasa, and a pound and a half of turkey….so I need to figure out how to use some and freeze the rest…..will probably make chicken today and use up the rest of the potato salad so I can make more tomorrow….not sure why I went so crazy but all of that protein only cost about 16 bucks so how could I pass it up? Not much to do today….just need to get on the bike here in about 13 minutes to get started and then do a normal day with a beach run in there….I did get some beans blanched and frozen yesterday but still no tomatoes so this year looks like a bust…oh, well….I just may take a day off tomorrow if it rains and get caught up on my cleaning….I wonder if I could just veg a day out?
