Well…yesterday was the first election since the corrupt supreme court overturned Roe and all of the pundits who said that the ruling wouldn’t have much of an effect were just flat out wrong…especially in Kansas, a blood red state, that voted to keep the right to an abortion in the state constitution by an almost 20% margin with turnout that exceeded any primary in the state’s history…and I think that shows that our side is pretty damn motivated and will turn out in November…it is looking like we may even gain seats in the senate and possibly hold onto the house if our side just gets off it’s ass and spends an hour to vote….or here in Michigan, just get a permanent absentee ballot and vote from home like I do…..and do that because elections matter and we can have nice things again if we just vote all the repubs out and elect people from the reality based world….and remember, there is a constitutional amendment on this fall’s ballot that will enshrine women’s rights in the constitution…and if for no other reason, vote for that and let’s show the rest of the country that Michigan will not let a corrupt supreme court take away women’s rights…it’s the least we can do…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
