Well…hmmm…another 5:38 morning today and I wonder if that will ever change? It’s raining out there…yay! So I have an hour or so to just sit here and that’s harder than it looks….one of these days I’m going to take a day off the bike but I don’t think it will be today….need to burn those calories and keep losing weight so I can get to the goal of 170 in the next couple of months….had a wasted day yesterday where I only did the rides and nothing else and that is a little disappointing for me…I have work to do but just didn’t want to do it….but I will get the lawn mowed today after the rain and bike rides and may even clean some around here…I sure hope the damn humidity goes down some after the rain comes through…have been sweating for the past 5 days and I am getting tired of it…and I’ve had to run the fan in here all day just to make it tolerable and that gets tiring, too….not sure if I’ll get out to the beach today since I can’t get motivated for anything right now but we’ll see…..not much to do today…I really wish I could just relax for a day and have coffee and sit on the porch for a bit but that is not going to happen…I think I will read some news out there in a minute and just listen to the rain…but not for the whole day…too much to do and not enough time to do it…..more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
