{"id":26085,"date":"2022-10-02T18:07:28","date_gmt":"2022-10-02T22:07:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=26085"},"modified":"2022-10-02T19:07:15","modified_gmt":"2022-10-02T23:07:15","slug":"an-eigth-of-an-inch","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=26085","title":{"rendered":"An eigth of an inch&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well&#8230;I&#8217;ve know for quite some time that I am a little weird and I&#8217;m okay with that&#8230;but how weird was emphasized with what happened with my bike the past couple of days&#8230;the other day, I noticed that the thread had broken in one of the seams of the seat cover, so I thought I&#8217;d trade that seat out with the one from the black bike since they are identical and I can repair the seam later&#8230;.so, to make sure the adjustment was correct, I measured the height of it from the bike frame and put it at the same measurement&#8230;.that was close, but it was a little too high and I was stretching to get power to the pedals&#8230;so, I adjusted it down about a quarter of an inch since I know that small adjustments are all that are needed&#8230;but, that quarter of an inch lower made me feel like I was cramped on the bike so I made another adjustment between the rides of 1\/8 of an inch up on the seat and it was perfect and I feel great riding again&#8230;but 1\/8th of an inch? How the hell do you feel 1\/8th of an inch?
