Well…running about on time for a Sunday and I’ve been out to get the paper in the cold and I don’t like that at all….but there is no snow on the ground so I’ll take that any day…I think I slept okay but was out of bed by 6 and I wonder if I’ll ever sleep in again…and I wonder if I’ll take the day off the bike like I should….I do need the miles that riding would give me but would 8 more make any difference? Not sure about that and don’t even want to think about that right now….I need the coffee to work and right now…had an okay if wasted day yesterday and today is going to be the same if I don’t get off my butt soon…but I don’t want to…just want to sit here and have coffee, watch tv, and read the news….and that’s what I’m going to do for at least a little while….I did get the Meijers ad for this week and it has spiral sliced ham for 89 cents a pound so I’m getting one of those Wed and that will last me for a week or so until I get another one…and aldis has chicken leg quarters for 59 cents a pound so I’ll be loaded up on protein until the end of the year…I think that will be the first ham I’ve had since last year with the prices so high for pork….not much to do today….just going to ease into the day with more coffee and heading out to Mastodon for some news…I’m really starting to like that new program and it is going to allow me to quit twitter since the asshole bought it….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
