Well…had a pretty good day today after my back settled down in the afternoon…normally, lying down helps it so I am confused why it hurt so badly when I got up…and then right after lunch my teeth went nuts for some reason with a lot of pain that the orajel didn’t cut this time…so I took an ibuprofen and that may be why my back got better, too….still only had about 1200 calories today with making an olive burger with Swiss and some chips and then a bowl of chili for dinner….I did get two rides in so I guess the extra 200 calories are okay….had a lot of activity over at Mastodon today with a bunch of people following me but I wonder if that will trigger me into doing more over there like I do here since people do have expectations….there are some nice people over there and I’ve had more interactions in the month I’ve been there than the 10 years I was on twitter…much different mindset than the bird site….but I am going to keep my politics over here…I just want Mastodon for fun and not arguments….I am going to watch Svengoolie tonight since he is showing a movie at 8 that I haven’t seen before and has some good actors in it…so that is going to be my exciting night with a couple of cocktails and maybe even a snack….exciting life….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
