Well…a month or so ago, I noticed that the battery cable that I remove from the battery when I’m not going to be using the car had gotten kind of floppy and loose but didn’t think much about it since the car ran fine…but this morning when I was going out to get my mega tickets, I took a closer look at it and the main cable had sheared completely off and I had been running everything in the car on one separate 12 gauge wire that remained….so I stopped into autozone to pick up a new cable end for 8 bucks and installed it when I got back here…and I just noticed that I bruised my right ring finger in the process somehow since it is black and blue now….I really don’t understand how everything in the car including the lights and starter could run on that one small wire without melting it…it will be interesting to see how the car starts tomorrow for the grocery run…sure glad the cable was long enough to reach without replacing the whole thing….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
