Well…up at 3:04 this morning and then out of bed at 6:59 and I don’t feel too bad this morning…it did snow a bunch overnight and I’ll have to go out to shovel a couple of times today but I’m okay with that…slept okay last night and I go so close to dreaming that I can feel it and I may get to that tonight…at least I have hope that I will but we’ll see….I do have a lot to do today with making a big meal in the instant pot…have a 7 1\/2 pound pork shoulder that I’m going to cook with mashed potatoes, gravy, and cauliflower and I get started on that about 10 so I can eat at noon or so…and that gives me time to have coffee and read the news first…the bathroom needs a cleaning and I am really going to try to get at that today…it only takes about an hour and I’m not sure why it’s so hard to just do it…oh, well…I am still sore for some reason and I am still confused how the heck I can hurt myself sleeping…my right forearm has a big bruise on it and it hurts when I rest it and do these…not much to do today…just cooking and cleaning and reading and maybe some soccer but I’m going to let the day unfold as it will…have to get started on lunch at 9:30 or so since I need to brown the pork shoulder and cut up an onion and put the rest of the spices in the pot for the 90 minute cook time….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
