Well..just couldn’t come up with a clever title for this one so you get Wednesday….it’s been a good day so far with getting the grocery runs done early and got everything I had on the list…even stopped at DD and got a 7 pound spiral sliced ham for 7 bucks but it’s frozen so it will have to thaw until Saturday…have plenty of other food to use up before that so no big deal…when I got back here around 9:30, I got right on the bike for the first ride, and after about a 10 minute break, I got right back on to do the second ride…finishing up around noon or so…then lunch where I made way too much pasta so I only had half of it and I think it will make another entire meal….don’t have a lot to do today but I do want to have all of it done before Liverpool plays at 4…only have to do the dishes and make some seasoning for the catfish I took out of the freezer….and do my teeth…that’s first…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
