Well…man, having a hard time getting going today but I guess that’s from not getting to coffee until 7:24 after getting out of bed at 6:44…but I was up at 5:04…again,…and I can’t figure it out…oh, well…it looks like it’s going to rain this afternoon and into tomorrow then the temp is going to plunge with the high only in the 20’s Sat and I am so tired of the cold…I guess I’ll just write off March completely since there is no spring in the forecast….need to get on the bike by nine so I can get two rides in before noon…going to have catfish for lunch after getting a pound of the nuggets in some seasoning yesterday but I’m not sure what I’m going to have with it…probably some oven baked fries so it will be a bit like fish and chips….I do have a chicken leg quarter that needs to be used today but that will be later…only had some pasta and bean dip yesterday so I think I’ll be pretty sluggish on the bike this morning….feel that way right now and I could use the day off the bike but I won’t take it..need to lose another 10 pounds or so and that means I need to sweat it out….not much to do today…Man U plays this afternoon and then it’s new show night for entertainment….Picard and the Mandolorian will make it interesting\u00a0 and I’m looking forward to that….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
