Well…when I got up this morning, I was expecting to feel pretty depressed with how I felt then…so I was expecting a lay low day but didn’t…got 31 miles in on the bike, had lunch, and then went out to spade the garden and mix in the 100 pounds of composted manure I got last week…then I picked up all of the branches that fell in the high winds we had out here…and then came in and had to put heat on my back since it’s not used to doing any heavy work…it’s been a long time since I had to work that hard but it felt good and the heat took care of the back pain…I’m hoping that it lasts overnight…taking the week off cocktails to just give my liver a rest…and I’m getting used to only one meal a day so I’m going to continue that this week, too…feels good to continue to lose weight….going to try something new with some seeds for the garden today and start them in wet paper towel and then plant them…not getting many to start just planting them in the soil….think I’ll do that right now…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
