Well…damn, I’m even more sore this morning and I hurt everywhere…even have a headache and that is not normal at all…I need to get moving and I’m not sure how that is going to work…it’s April and it’s only 29 degrees out there and that sucks…I am so tired of the cold and it gets worse as I get older…okay, is this the starting of a little bout of depression? Sure feels like it….but I’ll have to see how it plays out…I really should get on the bike now but that is going to wait for a while so I can get some coffee in me…at least the sun is shining but it’s not warming things up so what’s the point? Didn’t get anything done yesterday but I am going to try to get some yard work done today but that is going to be a chore with how sore I am….but I think moving around will help with that…at least I hope it will…I did try to eat more yesterday but I was still under 1,000 calories and I wonder if that is contributing to how I feel? Eating has gotten pretty hard to do as I try to keep losing weight…I do want to check the car to see how much coolant I lost on the run out to Ada the other day…pretty sure most of the air in the system should be gone and I’ll have to fill the expansion tank….not much to do today…need to get on the bike by 8:30 and that gives me 23 minutes to veg and have more coffee…going to try to get outside for a ride later but I don’t feel like doing anything right now….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
