Well…damn, just got back from doing the second ride of the day and that may have been a mistake…where they did the biopsy last week hurts like crazy and it was not so good of an idea to sit on it for almost 3 hours today…and my fingerless riding gloves opened up the burn that was healing on my right thumb….and my back is being heated again since I could barely stand after getting off the bike…not a lot of pain but just so damn stiff that I had to do something…so, it looks like I’m taking a rest and repair day tomorrow and I’ll just get the yard work done instead of riding….I do need to come up with a political topic for later but I think I already know what it’s going to be…so, I should be back here in just a little while….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
