Well…if there is anything that we learned from January 6th, it’s that the repubs will do anything to try to take control of the entire country…and that is why they are not going to raise the debt ceiling…they think that allowing the nation to default on it’s debts and crash the US and world economy is a good tool to use to damage Joe Biden for 2024….but that doesn’t mean that Joe can’t do anything about it…there have been a few ideas out there like minting a one trillion dollar coin and depositing it at the fed to draw from…which would work but I’m sure the repubs would sue to stop it, and with the right wing assholes on the SC, they would certainly have the suit upheld…but thew other thing Joe could do is just cite the 14th amendment which requires the US to pay all of it’s debts and it is written into the constitution so it can’t be ruled unconstitutional by the court…and I think this needs to be the attack that Joe makes…can you imagine the ads the dems could write? The repubs are killing grandma by not funding SS…and there are many, many more that should drive any independent to our side since we are the only adults left in the room….so, get on it Joe…paint the repubs for what they are…and do it now….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
