Well….with all of the news stories about book banning across the US, you would think that there would be thousands of right wingers making the complaints…but, you would be wrong. In fact, when one newspaper did a deep dive into who was complaining everywhere, they found that over 95% of the complaints came from 11 people…yep, 11 people are behind schools and libraries across the US removing books…there is no “popular movement” it’s just 11 asshole right wingers trying to impose their will on everyone else…and one of them was just arrested for child abuse in Missouri…I wonder if this will make any difference to the school and library boards that are folding like a cheap suit? No, probably not…but there was good news here in the midwest when a school board in Iowa rejected a list made from one of thugs after the community flooded a school board meeting to protest…so I guess that’s where we are now, that 11 right wing thugs can dictate what kids can read…oh, and you know that all of them are evangelical christians, too…religion needs to go out of daily life here…completely…geez…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
