Well…damn, it got down into the 40’s last night and it’s still only 50 right now so it is going to be cold putting the top down for the grocery run this morning…I have a phone consult with my urologist to do today at 9:15 so I need to get the grocery run done before then…and I need to hit DD to get 10 pounds of chicken for 10 bucks and some roasted chicken at 3 pounds for 5 bucks so I’ll have some chicken to grill over the next few days…and I need to make another batch of potato salad to use the eggs I have left…think I need to eat more after 3 days of one meal…it was cool to see that I’ve gotten down into the 160’s after being weighed yesterday so that means I only have about 5 more pounds to lose….maintenance of that weight is going to be new so I have to figure out how to do that….the damn smoke from the Michigan and Canadian wildfires is here and it feel like I’m living in a campfire with my eyes and sinuses feeling it….you could even see the smoke hazing the view out at the beach yesterday…not much to do today…after getting the surgery scheduled yesterday, I need to take a day off to just think a bit today…need to get going by 8 today so that gives me an hour to sit and have coffee….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
