Well…up at 5:40 this morning but was able to stay in bed til 6:43 so I’ll take it…I’m really sore for some reason and I wonder if it’s just from pulling some weeds yesterday? It’s only 45 out there again this morning and the heat has been coming on all night…ick…that’s not supposed to happen in June here in Michigan…have an errand to run this morning but I wanted to get one ride in before that but that looks like it’s not going to happen unless it heats up quick…not going out in the cold like yesterday…my hands, feet, and ears were numb when I got back here after the second ride…I will put the top down on the car this morning…and I have a clean car and that makes me happy…I do need to fire up the grill today and cook some chicken that I have thawed and I’m thawing some burger to cook later in the week so I’ll have plenty of food…I really should only have one meal a day to continue the weight loss but that saps my energy and I don’t like it…broke the cardinal rule of no dishes in the sink overnight and I don’t know how that happened…won’t let that happen again…not much to do today…just the errand and the rides…well…cleaning, too, and I got some of that done yesterday….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
