Well…today’s the day…going to do 75 miles today to do the “ride my age” day and I need to get moving in 15 minutes…it’s cool out there right now and that will be a good start…still going to be on the bike for 6 hours and that is not going to be easy…but it’s like the old saying “why are you hitting yourself in the head? Because if feels so good when I stop”…didn’t eat enough yesterday to support it but I didn’t last year, either, so I think It will be okay…legs went flat on the third lap last year and I’m expecting it will be the same this year…but we’ll see….not much else on my mind right now so I’ll stop here…wish me luck….more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
