Well…running really late today with not getting out of bed til almost 7…and I am just pouring my first cup of coffee to try to get started but I have little hope it will work soon….had a crappy night last night and didn’t sleep at all…can I just melt into the couch and take it easy all day? They just gave Spain a penalty for a cheap hand ball and I really don’t know why…England just got jobbed and I’m not going to watch anymore…yeah…England’s GK just saved the penalty! Didn’t get a lot done yesterday and I really do need to clean the bathroom…and take another walk but the one yesterday gave me lots of pain and I was slathered in the painkiller to try to get comfortable…it worked a bit but my neck is stiff and painful this morning…didn’t eat much yesterday and I still have no appetite at all and that is going to be a problem with trying to gain some weight before the trip….not much to do today…just need to get the walk in this morning and stop grinding my teeth…they hurt from it and it doesn’t help healing from my mouth surgery…too damn much surgery on this poor old body….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
