Well…running about on time this morning with getting out of bed a little after 6…just poured the first cup of coffee and I need it to work soon…got a few things done yesterday and I need to mow the lawn today along with attempting to use the string trimmer but I’m not sure if I’m healed enough for that…it has been a month since the surgery and I generally feel okay but I’ve had some pain in my abdomen the past few days but I think it’s more from gas than anything else…and the new pain from the exercises is going to need some ibuprofen later…I do need to get a set of the exercises done here in a minute but I want some more coffee first and to read some news…going to start pulling the garden out later this week since the cukes never set and the experimental end of it was a bust so I’ll be back to just tomatoes, peppers and beans next year…might use the food processor to make the leftover tomatoes into sauce that I can use over the winter…..not much to do today….just the lawn and trimming this morning and then maybe a walk later…it may rain a little overnight and I hope it does…the new grass seed in the front has started to come up and it’s a pain dragging the hose out there a few times a day to keep it wet….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
