Well…that was better…slept okay and didn’t get out of bed til around 6 and I’ll take that any day…allergies are nuts, though, and I’ll have to try some flonase here in a minute just to be able to breathe…don’t feel too bad this morning and I really should after having cocktails last night…so I’m not sure what the day is going to be…have been thinking about going out to the beach for a swim and it’s already 70 degrees out there so I may be able to…but right now I am enjoying the coffee and F1 is on in the background and it’s nice not having anything to do this morning….I do need to make some chicken masala this afternoon since I thawed the chicken but that all goes into the instant pot so it will be easy…need to make some rice to go with it and still have some nan bread too, so that will be a good meal instead of o-rings and chicken I have been having…and I have lots of tomatoes that need to be eaten, too so that will be my second meal for the next few days…not much to do today…just going to do the exercises here in a minute and then get ready for a lazy day…I feel cheated that the storms blew up after they went through here and we just got a few spits of rain…oh, well…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
