Well…crap…got the results of my PSA test and it is not zero so that puts me back into treatment of some sort…but, I’m so worn out from the surgery and follow up that I am questioning any further treatment…after all, I’m 70 and maybe that’s enough….there really isn’t anything left for me to do after the trip so maybe I just let go….we’ll see…had an okay day and got the grocery run in and two rides and I finally used the food processor to make some salsa and used half of the leftover tomatoes for it…didn’t eat enough yesterday since all I had was a sandwich and salsa and chips…but I really have no desire to eat so I’m not going to force it….I do want to get a ride in before my last rehab appointment at 10 and that means I have to be out by 8 or so…the weather has really changed and the high is supposed to be only 71 but it is still very humid according to the weather widget so I’ll be sweating like crazy even with it only 65 out there….it was nice to get some rain yesterday but that’s it for the rest of the month…nope, next Tuesday we may get rain…not much to do today…just the bike rides and the appointment but with how I feel right now, that’s enough….and the Lions start their season tonight so I may watch a bit of that….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
