{"id":28319,"date":"2023-09-08T08:02:49","date_gmt":"2023-09-08T12:02:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=28319"},"modified":"2023-09-08T08:02:49","modified_gmt":"2023-09-08T12:02:49","slug":"september-8th-13","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=28319","title":{"rendered":"September 8th"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well..damn, my coffee maker died this morning&#8230;ordered a new one from Target for pickup later&#8230;this Mr. Coffee lasted over 10 years so I bought another one like it&#8230;the price has gone up 10 bucks since I bought the last one but that&#8217;s to be expected&#8230;so I&#8217;ll pick it up when I come back from lunch with T in GH&#8230;it got down to 58 last night and it&#8217;s still under 60 but I&#8217;m going to put the top down on the car when I run an errand this morning&#8230;&#8230;damn, didn&#8217;t get out of bed til after 7 this morning and now I&#8217;m going to feel like I&#8217;m running late all day&#8230;have been thinking about only doing one ride today since I&#8217;m really sore and could use a little rest after doing 130 miles this week&#8230;the good news from yesterday has me feeling pretty good today even with celebrating last night&#8230;.undetectable PSA is what I needed to hear after the surgery and means that I may just live for a while&#8230;.the little amount of cancer still in me is not exploding like I expected so I need to figure out how to react to that&#8230;not much to do today&#8230;just need to run an errand and ride the bike before I head down to GH for lunch&#8230;oh, and the Lions beat the Chiefs last night and I am in shock&#8230;couldn&#8217;t make it through the game but I will when they start to play on Sundays&#8230;yow!
