Well… the past two days have been nuts on the bike with this idiot doing 45 miles two days in a row…still don’t hurt too much so I’ll take it…but there won’t be a third day of that…just feel pretty worn out after these two days and the 30 miles a day for the rest of the week…it does look like I’m going to get to 5,000 miles for the year even with having 12 weeks off the bike…only have 180 more miles to go to get there and I have 14 days to do it…there is enough time to even get there just riding 16 per day downstairs…that would be 224 miles so I could even have a day off in the next two weeks…if I wouldn’t have had the medical\/travel time off the bike, it would have been a record year with probably 6,500 miles or so…pretty damn close to the 7,000 mile goal for next year…so, we’ll see what happens…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
