Well…damn, still in the same pattern for the past week of getting up at 3am, sleeping for a bit until 5 or so, but today I decided to fight it and didn’t get out of bed til 6:41 but the time between 5 and out of bed was that grey area where you’re not really sleeping and I think that doesn’t count…was pretty darn sore last night and I think it’s from using the hand weights but I’m not going to stop…getting out of bed so late has me running late today with needing to get on the bike by 8 am…a gale watch has just popped up for tomorrow afternoon through Wed morning with winds of 20-30 and gusts to 50 so that will be fun doing the grocery run….didn’t get a lot done yesterday and don’t need to cook today so I really should do some cleaning at least but that won’t happen until this aft if at all….Michigan play for the national championship tonight and I will be watching it but with some trepidation…they haven’t looked good the past few games…I will get to a political one today to try to get back on track after the outage last week…I am so damn tired today that I can’t get going and I’m not sure if I want to right now…more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
