Well…I think I’m on this theme of new soups that I have been making lately and I made another one today…a chicken\/tortilla Mexican style soup that came out pretty good…even had a bowl and a half for lunch since I didn’t want or have room for a second container…I think the next time I make it, I’ll add some tomato sauce to up the tomato flavor sine I really like it…this is a keeper but if I keep making soup., it will be all that I eat anymore…it is pretty funny that so far this year, I have only eaten from scratch food that I made…no frozen food or anything else…and it is cool to be able to control what I put in to keep the salt and fat levels down…today’s soup only had one tblsp of olive oil to saute the onion and garlic in…and it used boneless\/skinless chicken…okay, my little weather widget just said heavy rain later and I wonder if we are on the warm side of the big storm front that is coming through…it was supposed to start snowing at 10 this morning but it really hasn’t snowed much and I hope it stays that way….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
