Well…it’s still damn cold out here and the lake effect machine is still chugging along and dumping more snow…got another 6 inches or so last night so I’ll have to shovel later but I’m still sore from the past few days…my elbows are screaming at me so I think I’ll coat them with voltaren before I go out today….everything from my waist up hurts and the heating pad is going to get a workout today…pretty worn out today and I really should just take the day off and clean…the fridge needs work and I should go over the living room to get rid of the dust in here but by the time I’m done with the bike rides it’s time for lunch and I’m pretty used up…it may be coming up on the day where I take one off sine I’ve been riding every day since the start of December….I guess we’ll see when the coffee starts to work….not sure when the grocery run is going to be this week with the alley not being plowed yet but I really don’t need anything so it could wait til Thurs or Fri…ate two meals the past couple of days and I feel so fat and bloated right now that I need to cut back again…oh, well…not much to do today…I really could use a day off to recharge but I won’t take one…but I am going to do the fridge today and take out the chicken I need for the masala….more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
