Well…took it easy today and only did the rides and the weight work…again…I’ll get back to working around here tomorrow with cleaning the living room and doing the floors…oh, I did give myself a haircut today, too since I was looking a little shaggy and needed that cleaned up….the weight work is putting some strain on my elbows and they have started to hurt some along with my back but I think it will go away after I get used to doing it every day…I want to get the second coat of paint on the downstairs wall and I have some more paint that needs to come off the stairway since it is peeling and then I’ll paint that, too…will probably need to start picking out a color to paint the entire basement sine I really don’t like the blue it is right now…have to get working on this place…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
