Well…no one should be awake at 3 and then for good at 5;34…it’s just wrong and I’m going to be worn out all day from it…that leaves me about 25 minutes before I need to get on the bike and I really need a day off…it snowed again last night and it’s not going to get above freezing today so I’ll have to shovel…my whole right side is still sore from working on the car and I had to treat it with biofreeze last night just to be able to sit and watch tv…I do need to cook today to use up the chicken I thawed so masala is on the menu for lunch…cripes, it’s down to 16 degrees right now but a warm up is coming to nearly 50 next week and I hope the trails will clear so I can ride outdoors…took an easy day yesterday but I did get two rides in, made potato soup, and got the weight work in and today will be almost the same…it’s 6:45 and I’m dreading getting on the bike but I know I have to and the earlier I get going, the earlier I’ll be done…but I need more than a half cup of coffee to fuel that…I really wish nascar would put the races on during the day so I can have my normal entertainment at night…it just feels wrong and a bit boring to watch races at night…oh, well…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
