Well…only did two rides today with the high temp never getting to 30 degrees so there was no way I was going to get that cold…didn’t really do much else but a little cleaning and giving myself a hair cut…made a couple of small burritos for lunch and will have one piece of pizza for dinner since I only did one meal yesterday….up to 1,083 miles and I need to get to 1,200 by the end of the month with 5 days left so that means over 23 miles a day for the next 5 days…so I may have to do two 3 ride days indoors even with Monday and Tuesday getting to almost 60 so I can do three outdoor rides rides on those days..should be able to do it but we’ll see…still have the weight work to do today but I think I’ll have an early dinner and do it right after I’m done…still, a pretty easy day…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
