Well…darn, it has been a stupid busy day today starting around 6:30am with the first indoor ride…then errands to Menards to get some top soil to fix the hole where the tree came out…and I found a\u00a0 pair of ski gloves for 3 bucks that I could pass up…I did need to have some gloves to replace the 40 year old ones I had been using on the bike an patching them up with iron on cloth…then the grocery runs and got everything I wanted this week and that was weird…back here by 9:30 and it was warm enough to get on the bike outside and the wind was just brutal but I went anyway…then back here to make a pizza and I filled the hole and seeded the dirt while it was cooking on the grill…then back on the bike for the second outdoor ride and the wind had picked up some which I am paying for right now with everything sore…but that didn’t stop me from getting right back on the bike for a third outdoor ride and got back here around 2:30 and I was done for the day…skipped the weight work today since my hands hurt so bad…oh, and I washed the bike so I can lube it tomorrow…all of that work set me up for getting to 1,200 miles tomorrow since I’m only 7 miles away…going to need voltaren and biofreeze along with ibuprofen tonight…it is supposed to storm tonight as the cold front comes through and keeps the high tomorrow at 31…over 30 degrees colder than it was today…ick…need to read a bit before the night starts….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
