Well…up around 3 am today but I was able to get back to sleep until a little after 6…not really sleep but in and out of light sleep so I wonder if that counts as sleep? Need to get on the bike in 20 minutes and I’m really having a hard time getting going…I would really like to get an outdoor ride in today but the wind is going to be blowing 20-30 mph today and I am barely healed from the last time I rode in winds like that…my ribs on the left side still hurt every time I move and I don’t want to hurt them again…had a nice day yesterday with my son and his wife coming out here and bringing their 130 pound Rottweiler…Art is such a sweet dog but he stepped on my foot and now I have a bruise but that’s okay…and we had red beans a rice along with a loaf of sourdough bread that my son baked just before they came out…hadn’t seen them in almost a year and it was fun to have them out…sent them home with a container of my turkey soup that I hope they like…not much to do today…just the bike rides and trying to get an outdoor ride in before the rain starts but it doesn’t look good…we are under another gale watch with winds of 20-30 and gusts to 50…just another normal day here…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
