Well…I got another outdoor ride in today and it was in the upper 50’s when I went out so no problem with freezing my hands…but the wind was blowing about 15-20 on the way back but I remembered to not use my left arm to pull against it…had to take an ibuprofen before I went out so it doesn’t hurt as much as it did…still can’t turn my head to the left, though…so that makes the 2nd day in a row of 30 miles and I need to do that every day if I’m going to make the mileage goals…I had to get out early with rain coming in in just a few minutes…I do need to lubricate the bike tomorrow since it has a squeak in the swingarm bushing…and the shifter is sticking from sand in it…should probably crawl into the crawlspace and turn the outdoor water on…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
