Well…slept all the way through the night til 5:34 this morning but I sure don’t feel like it…still pretty worn out and it is going to be a struggle to get going…I wonder when I’ll get back to normal and feel good again? It looks like no rides outdoors today with a gale watch on and winds from 20-30 and gusts to 40 all day…I can probably use a day off of 30+ miles to recharge…but I’m not too sore today after taking an ibuprofen last night…haven’t taken any all week…trying to stop taking that along with drinking to see how I really feel without any artificial masking…didn’t have any of the chills\/sweating that have been plaguing me the past few nights so I hope they are over and it was just a reaction to the vaccine…didn’t eat a lot yesterday but a bowl of soup and a brat and I don’t think that is enough to support 30 miles on the bike…going to grill some pork chops on the grill today for lunch after I get two rides in downstairs…I am really looking forward to the warm up that starts Sunday…a few days in the 60’s and one day in the 70’s so I’ll need to carve out time to get the rest of the yard work done and get the front steps sprayed with the deck cleaner…not much to do today…just going to ride downstairs and then take the day easy and read a bit…and I need to get going in the next 15 minutes…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
