Well…damn, I need to get on the bike in 9 minutes and I’ve just poured my first cup of coffee and that just doesn’t work…feel just worn out but need to get going to get everything done that I planned for the day…it’s going to get to 70 today so that means two rides outside and I need to spray the deck wash on the front steps to get rid of the algae that has turned it green…I survived the run into GR yesterday and the car did, too but I know I need a new car soon and need to get off my butt and find one…feel pretty worn out today with having a cocktail or four last night so I need to not do that again tonight…I think I’ll grill two more pork chops today and with the potato soup, I’ll have food for two more days…and then I’ll make some more chicken Masala…I need to freeze the chicken since it’s been in the fridge since Wed…okay, I need to get going or I’ll just sit here on the couch all day and that’s just not allowed…so, down I go to get on the torture machine for the first 8 miles of the day…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
