Well…up at 5:34 this morning and I think all of the riding is taking it’s toll on me and I am sore and worn out today…and I need to get going in 12 minutes to get the rides in downstairs…have an errand to run after the indoor rides and I think it’s going to be too cold and windy to ride outdoors today and I don’t know it that’s a good or bad thing…haven’t done less than 30 miles a day for a month and this old body is paying for it…had to make a noise call on the new renters over on 7th street yesterday when they had 22 people partying in their front yard with 5 cars thumping away…and I’ll keep calling whenever I hear a peep out of them…damn, it’s like whack a mole out here lately…did get get some stuff done yesterday but I really need a day where I don’t…and that could be today or tomorrow with the high temps in the 40’s tomorrow and not much better today…my hands even hurt today and I’m not sure how I hurt my back but I did….not much to do today…just need to get going right now but F1 qualifying is on and I would like to see that…but I won’t…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
