Well…I know I’ve said this before but riding the bike for 4+ hours a day is putting a cramp in getting other things done…didn’t even have time to read at all today…got 4 bike rides in and the two outdoors left me with a sore neck…again…from being out in 25 mph wind on the way out on both rides…so that forced me to be out doing yard work at 5 pm and that is way too late for me…but, with the rain coming in, I wanted to get some more grass seed in to start filling in the spots that were just weeds that I put weed killer on…will need some more topsoil for some of the patches and I may just rake in some seed on all those patches and then it will just sit there until it rains enough for a few days to make it sprout…I lost a good third of the yard to the drought last year and it will probably take the rest of the year to get it to fill in…going to need to treat all of my aches with biofreeze and voltaren tonight…along with an ibuprofen…the house a block to the north sold yesterday…it was listed at 225K so I wonder what it sold for? Could be good news for me…would never sell this place for under 180 grand now…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
