Well…I feel like the line from the Neil Young song “Coupe deVille”…”well I hit the wall, woke up this morning and I hit the wall”…have been abusing my body since the start of the year and I think I need to figure out how to give it a rest at some point…but today I have the indoor rides, then mowing the lawn and putting food down, then outdoors\u00a0 for two rides, then putting the seeds and bean plants in the garden…and doing laundry and cooking two meals…so I will be busy until 5 again today starting at 7am in 17 minutes…I am so damn worn out…but I’ll drag myself downstairs and get going…might have to run an errand, too, but we’ll see about that…had a bad noise from the bike just when I got to the bottom of the hill and I wonder what it is…I may have to get some grease and do the wheel bearings since I’ve never done them on the grey bike and it has over 35,000 miles on it…so that’s another task to accomplish today…I don’t think I’ve ever been this busy and it’s a lot of work at my advanced age…have lots to do today…okay, that’s a take off on the “not much to do today” line that I used to use a lot but those days seem to be gone….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
