Well…it’s been a busy day and I put in a full 8 hours of working and on the bike today…and I was outdoors so much today that I got sunburned even with sunscreen on..started out the day with getting on the indoor bike around 7am and then right back down for the second one that I finished up by 9:30…then straight out to mow the lawn and put food down on it…and then I planted veggie seeds and bean plants in the garden before lunch…this year, I remembered to put markers in the garden that tells me what is where after the debacle of making a map last year and not being able to figure out where things were…much more organized…then out for the outdoor rides for the 6th 41 mile day in a row…saw my first gravel freighter pulled into Verplanks today and that was pretty cool…wind was still blowing hard today but I think I’m getting used to it…but it still made me sore across my middle back…finished the second outdoor ride a little before 3 so I’m done for the day right now…a full 8 hours of effort but there will be less to do tomorrow…just the rides…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
