Well…damn, I may be getting stupid in my old age…after sitting here waiting for the temp to come up enough to get on the outdoor bike, I finally got out after noon but I shouldn’t have…the wind was blowing 25mph with gusts to 35 and I was going straight into it all the way out to the beach and was stopped a few times by the gusts…during the first one, something popped in my left thigh and then it hurt the rest of the way out and back…and I pulled something in my back and hurt my right hip from the high exertion so I am not going out again…could barely get off the bike when I got back and had to just stand there to let the pain in my hip lessen enough to take a step…getting old is enough of a pain without doing stupid stuff to make it worse…cripes…I did get an indoor ride before mowing the lawn so I guess that’s enough for the day…this day took a lot out of me…so I’m going to just sit here and watch some races..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
