Well…it’s a little after 4 and I’ve been running all day since 7 am when I got on the indoor bike for the first ride…then mowed the lawn, then three rides, and just finished grilling some chicken that will last me into the weekend…going to make some chicken\/bean burritos with some chicken breast I just grilled along with thighs and a pork tenderloin fillet…so a 9 hour day with another 46 miles in it and I know I’ll hit halfway by the end of the month…my shortest ride this week has been 38 miles and I think I’ll make it three in a row of 46 tomorrow if it doesn’t rain me out…and it looks like it won’t…storms are passing to the north and south right now…oh, well…maybe a little rain tonight but we are going to be 80 Sunday and Monday and then back down in the 60’s again…crap, just remembered I still have the weight work to do…oh, well…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
