Well…I took it a little easier today with only doing 32 miles and one of the rides was indoors when I got up this morning and I really needed it…saw a sailboat race on Muskegon Lake that was pretty cool but I haven’t posted that yet…will do that after I do this one…the outdoor rides were fun even with the wind and it was another t-shirt day for me…but my knees both hurt on the bike today and that may be my fault for going too hard on both rides but damn, it felt good…I did make some chicken masala this afternoon and didn’t finish it til almost 1:30 so there will only be one meal today…and that’s okay…went down on miles so I need to go down on calories, too…lots of people out on the trail today and that made it a little more work than I want but everyone was nice and waving at me so that made up for it…there was a dead deer that must have been hit Friday night that is lying alongside Shorline drive and I pity the city workers that will be picking it up tomorrow with how hot it’s been here…covered in flies and bloating like crazy…sure hope they do pick it up before it smells…have everything done I wanted to do today including the weight work this morning so I have the rest of the day off to watch pole qualifying at Indy and then the nascar race from North Wilkesboro that starts at 5…going to read some news…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
