Well…it is halfway day today and I’ve never had this many miles in this early in any year since I started riding many years ago…I still remember when I was happy and a little proud to have 500 miles in by labor day and the progression to 3,550 over the years has been a lot of work…I was able to sleep on my back again last night and I am still trying to figure out what has changed to allow me to do that…maybe the weight loss? Have 20 minutes before I need to get on the indoor bike and if I can get going by 7 I’ll have all three rides in before 10 today…I do need to figure out the brakes on the car today and that only means taking all 4 tires off and looking at the rotors…not a lot of work but it’s still a pain…made the coffee a little strong this morning with opening a new container of Colombian last night and putting an extra half tablespoon using up the old stuff…yow…jet fuel…still have leftovers for today but tomorrow I’ll fire up the grill and make some burgers and brats and eat all the stuff that is bad for me…and I’ll have fresh corn on the cob to add in somehow…not much to do today…just need to get the rides in and then I can wing it for the rest of the day…I do need to plan on cleaning the windows soon like I do every year and that includes washing the blinds…there is so much dirt in the windows from the dust up here…more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
