Well…looking for a change, I got my Abbey Road coffee mug out this morning…it’s smaller than the red one my daughter brought me so I’ll have to pour more cups to get going…the heat came on last night and it’s darn near June and that is just wrong…and it’s raining out there right now so it may be a two indoor ride day today…I am going to make potato soup today to use up the small yellow potatoes I’ve had for a couple of weeks…and will do that for lunch…I still hurt like crazy from going into the big wind yesterday and I’m surprised that every time I move I find more pain from more places…and it’s not from sleeping wrong like almost every night…oh, well…no rabbits in the garden this morning but I think that’s from the rain were having right now…but it’s supposed to stop around 9:30am so there will be time to get two outdoor rides in this afternoon…and it’s going to warm up to the upper 70’s and low 80’s for the next 10 days or so with a little rain mixed in and I hope that keeps up to keep my lawn alive….and I have grass seed to put in to start trying to fill in the spaces where I killed the weeds….and put more weed killer on…so I’ll have to get off my butt and get some work done…starting in 13 minutes on the indoor bike…not much to do today…need to get on the bike after one more cup of coffee and I think I’ll do the weight work after that…not taking it easy for me…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
