Well…normally, when I hurt as bad as I do right now, I’d take a day off of everything and give this old body a rest but with the goals I have of riding every day and getting to 7,100 miles won’t allow that…but I may just skip the indoor ride and just do two outdoors today…it’s almost 60 out there so I can get out as soon as the coffee starts to work…was up at 3:40 but didn’t get out of bed til after 6 but the extra time didn’t do a thing and I’m still exhausted…the new blind looks good and modern and it makes me want to get the other two up in here but I’m not sure if that will be today….maybe…but I need an easy day to grill some chicken and potatoes…damn, it’s pushing 7 and I need to get going but I have no energy…it’s going to be 90 here for the next three days and I wonder if I should go to the beach for the first time Monday? The water is still too cold to swim but I think I need to start evening out my biker tan and I could use the relaxation time…I normally like to go out there in the morning but that would mean cutting out at least one ride and I’m not sure I can do that….I guess we’ll see…not much to do today…just need to get my butt moving right now so I can finish the two rides before 10…damn, I’m sore…and tired….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
