Just today the SC said that bribery of a public official is just fine with them…saying that the bribery statutes don’t apply to “gratuities” given to public officials for “past” acts…in this case an official in Missouri steered contracts to a friend and the “friend” gave him 13,000 dollars…geez you would think that the court and the 6 repubs are trying to make their own bribery legal bit by bit and that is typical repub bullshit thinking that the law doesn’t apply to them…so basically what they’re saying is that you conspire with the person that is going bribe you and wait a year, the bribe is okay…now do you think the SC needs to be reformed?
